ADP Mobile - Setting Up Direct Deposit

  1. Tap the Search Bar
  2. Tap Pay
    • The Features section is ordered by features most used. Click Show More if Pay is not shown.
  3. Select Direct Deposit
  4. Tap Add Account
  5. Tap Bank Account.
  6. Select the account type you would like to set up. 
    • You may also use the Capture Check option to upload the account details. 
  7. Enter your account details:
    • Routing Number
    • Account Number
  8. Tap on box next to "I have received and agreed to the terms and privacy statement."
  9. Tap I Agree after reviewing the terms and conditions then tap Next.
  10. Select the amount you'd like to deposit into the account then tap Next.
    • Deposit full amount
    • Deposit a percentage
    • Deposit fixed amount
    • Deposit remaining amount (will only display when adding additional accounts)
  11. Review your account details once more then tap Submit.
  12. Choose how to receive the security code if prompted.
    • You will have the option to resend code if you do not receive it within 10 minutes. 
  13. Enter the Security Code then Submit Code.
  14. Tap Close once you've successfully added your direct deposit account. 
  15. Click Next on the Account Verification to return to the direct deposit screen.
    • Account Verification Screen will be display either of the following messages:
      • Got it! We've verified the account information you've provided is valid at your financial institution.
      • We're unable to validate this account. If you've verified the account information is correct you can proceed. Note: If the account information submitted is unverified it may result in your direct deposit failing or not taking effect until a future pay period.
        • Additional Information:
          Your account may go through a pre-notification process before use. While your account is being validated (1-2 pay cycles), you may receive your pay in a paper check or to an existing account (that's been validated) and set to deposit everything.
