Signing Up for a Wisely Card

Follow one of the procedures below to order a Wisely card and activate it.

Important notes!

  • You must activate the Wisely card once it is received to start receiving pay on it.
  • Wisely Cardholder Services can be reached at 866-313-9029 or by email at wiselypay@adp.com
  • Employee's also can enroll directly on Wisely Website at www.mywisely.com

ADP Mobile

  1. Click More > Pay
  2. Scroll down to Wisely Pay and click the Learn More button.
  3. Click the Get A Card button.
  4. Select an option to receive a security code at the Security check point and enter it at the following page.
  5. Verify personal information and click Next.
  6. Review the You're all set! message that notifies that the Wisely card is on its way.

WorkForce Now

  1. Login to WorkForce Now at WorkForceNow.adp.com
  2. Navigate to Myself > Pay > Payment Options.
  3. Select Learn More > Enroll Now under the Wisely option. 
  4. Verify personal information and click Next.
  5. Enter contact information and click Next.
  6. Select an option to receive a security code at the Security check point and enter it at the following page. 
  7. Review the You're all set! message that notifies that the Wisely card is on its way.

How to Activate Your Wisely Card:

  1. Navigate to https://www.activatewisely.com/.
  2. Enter the Wisely card details and click Continue.  
  3. Verify personal information and set a 4-digit pin.  
  4. Click Confirm & Activate.  
  5. Click Got It to exit. The Wisely card is now active.
