Total Rewards Dashboard

Total Rewards is a self-service dashboard that shows you a complete view of your compensation — and showcases the overall value of your total employee package. Total Rewards provides payroll, benefits, retirement, and tax information. The easy-to-use dashboard presents two views: the actual investment from the previous year or estimates for the current year.

• To access the Total Rewards Dashboard navigate to Myself > Pay > Total Rewards.
• The Total Reward dashboard will display the following information:
  • Rewards Table Data: Compensation categories will display.
  • Graphical Rewards Chart: Overview of each category, including percentage of total value. The chart can be expanded by clicking on a section to display a detailed breakdown of that category. Hovering over a color displays the category name and the amount.  
  • You can also expand each category to get more detail and see a line by line breakdown, including a comparison of Employer versus Employee costs for Employer Provided Benefits.
